The Vacationspars Management Team is a monthly leadership development programme for dedicated community members. VSMT members take on real responsibilities, ranging from hosting spar rooms to coordinating full tournament operations.
With 22 cohorts completed across 2024, 2025, and 2026, VSMT has produced over 100 trained community leaders from 10+ countries and we're only growing.
